Family Bible Study Opportunities: Sunday School at Faith Lutheran
Its that time of year to start making plans to participate in Faith's Sunday Morning Bible Study opportunities. This year, our studies, for all ages, start back up on Sunday, September 9 @ 9:10 am.
Children ages 0-3 are welcomed to participate in our Nursery Sunday School program lead by Natalie Wondra and Avery Jahnke. The nursery program provides a safe environment for babies and toddlers while their parents participate in one of our other Bible Study/Sunday School offerings. In addition to the care and supervision provided, Natalie conducts a Bible story, crafts, and games with the children each week. The nursery kids program is located in the church nursery at the back of the sanctuary. Children can be signed in as early as 9:05 am. Pre-register your children.
Children ages 4-grade 3 and their parents/caregivers are invited to participate in our Family Style Sunday School. The first 6 weeks of Sunday School parents/caregivers are invited to participate in Family Style Sunday School with their children. During these interactive studies, children and their parents will grow together in God's Word and grow closer to each other at the same time. This fall, our Family Style Sunday School facilitators will be leading us through a study of the book of Acts. After the first six weeks, parents are still welcomed to attend Sunday School with their children, but we will be running a more traditional style Sunday School program, while many parents attend one of our FaithFit courses. Family Style Sunday School meets weekly in the gym mezzanine starting at 9:10 am. Register your children/family for Sunday School today.
Children grades 4 and up and their parents/caregivers are invited to participate in our traditional Sunday Morning Bible Study which meets in the Commons (the room with all the long rows of tables). This study, currently a study and Heaven and Hell led by Larry Klukas, is held each Sunday at 9:10 am. There is no need to register for Sunday Morning Bible Class. Come early and get settled in and be sure to introduce yourselves to those seated around you.
